It will be quiet. The weather like anywhere in winter can be cool. Mallorca is an island and because of that can be cooler than the Spanish mainland.
I live in Spain. The last two years the beginning of February has been cold at times.
Why not look at Tenerife. You have a better chance of fine weather and there should be more to do.
