This link has great advice on sun screens for kids and you can download it in pdf format.
http://www.cdc.gov/cancer/skin/chooseyourcover/guide.htm
There are no specific jabs required for Menorca.
As for food, take your baby's normal food with you. If you run out there are always good substitutes available in the larger supermarkets.
For your toddler I would suggest taking some undiluted juices, ones that your toddler is used to and dilute it with bottled water, try it out before you go,
Food for toddlers and yourselves, try to stick to what you have been used to having at home as many tummy upsets are not due to bad hygiene but to changes in diet.
Ice is very inviting in drinks but do not over do it as the water is different to what you have been used to
Have a great time

No jabs required. bottled water only. A good strong sun block and keep them out of the sun between 12 and 2pm. Keep hats on their heads to protect them from the sun and keep them well hydrated at all times. A nap would do them good in the daytime too. Don't be deceived by cloudy days as you can easily be burnt through clouds. Take after sun lotion and insect repellent with you. Take what baby food you can with you in your luggage. Have a good time. |

There are no problems at all in Menorca (or any other place in Spain), you can drink the water, no need jabs or vacunation at all, but in like any other part of the world, you'll need sunblock specially for babies.
Enjoy your trip! Menorca is great! |

there are no jabs you need for menorca. it is not a 3rd world country. The water is fine, but for a baby i would recomend bottled as there is a difference in water in different countries and it depends what you're used to. Always use total sun block on a baby. they sell it all over there all the brand names. If the baby is on solid foods it can pretty much each eveything they have there, but if it is not i would suggest you bring your own from home. Spain has a fantastic healthcare system far superior to the uk. so it will be fine |

Most Doctors surgeries have vaccination clinics where they can advise you what vaccines you should have when travelling to foreign destinations, the price of the vaccinations and when you should have them. So, phone up your Doctors surgery and they can advise you on what to do. |
