I found that there is high-speed train in Spain, and it runs from Barcelona to Madrid, with only 3 hours. But on the price make me shock, over £100 one-way.
I haven't stayed in that particular Hisperia hotel but I've stayed in 2 in Spain, in Alicante and Valencia, and they were both gorgeous. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable beds. You could choose special pillows from a pillow menu! The staff were very helpful.
