It really depends of your appearance, maybe if you don't look so childish they don't ask you for your I.D., but most bars are not restrictive. I am from Murcia but I don't live there. My cousin is now 18 years old but she goes out to the discos since it was an early teenager (14+) and rarely have a problem. Maybe large discoteques are more restrictive,as everywhere in Spain.

I'm not sure about the club life there - but from what I've seen in nearby Torrevieja, you shouldn't have too much trouble. Just be very careful though.
