What did you order and who from, by telling us that, it may help to get a better idea of how to help you.
Post back to the UK is fairly rapid, you need to know if the item was sent registered post, do you have a contact name and number?, otherwise you will have to come over and denounce then, which will cost you more than the lost item, and the police won't be that interested to be honest...if you have paid by credit or debit card, speak with the card company and instruct them not to make any further payments to this company. If you paid with a credit card, you may have redress through them under the cardholders protection scheme

I used to live in Spain and the only way is denounce them you do this by informing them and getting a lawyer,Normally if they know you wish to denounce them that is another for them to try and resolve the problem
When you have started to denounce them it then takes them to court

I would suggest you get in touch with either the Spanish consulate or the Citizen's Advice Bureau - they should be able to help.

but you should ask the bank for info as they are the ones giving your money away?

you should go to the police station an make a denuncia against them. they will get a letter station they have been denounced and it will end up in court (unless you get your money back)

Stop the bank paying anymore money, tell the bank you did not recieve the items, they might have insurance or something, depending on your bank.
dont bother making a denuncia as the police really wont care....it will be more money and more hassle than its worth, im afraid to say,
