Didn't stay in the Floriana, we got a last minute deal staying in the hotel Cala Bona. What a dump that hotel is ! Average age is about 60 ! But overall, really liked Cala Bona & Cala Millor.
There's a really nice English bar right by the harbour at Cala Bona. It is at the front by the small beach. They do great snacks during the day, and lovely setting there. If you stand outside the Hotel Cala Bona and face the sea, walk down the pathway that runs between the small harbour and the parade of restaurants & Irish bar. Follow this around and to the end, and then you veer to the right, following the coastline. About 100 yards along there you'll find the English bar ! Make sure you get a table by the sea, and enjoy a nice relaxing cool drink, listening to the waves gently lapping against the shore. Total relaxation.
Where abouts is the Floriana ? We were hoping to go back next year, but not stay in the Hotal Cala Bona. Do you recommend it ? |

just come back from palmeras playa in sa coma. dont bother going unless you speak deuch the place is full of germans, all as ignorant as the next, want ed to punch a few and better not say anymore! |

why on earth are you going there for the 3rd time? Without any doubt, cala bona, cala millor, sa coma and all that area of majorca has to be the worst place I have ever been. Why not spend your money on going somewhere much nicer. Last year four of us went to Florida for less money than the trip to Majorca this year. |
