The heat in July will be intense, so only light clothing, but enough to cover up. The sun will burn you if you are not used to it. Drink lots of water. Always have a bottle with you.
You will love Salamanca. It is smaller than the other three places you mention, but out of the four I would choose Salamanca. |

It gets pretty hot in Spain so I would take some cute high-waisted shorts. they would look good with a plain tank tucked into it with some gladiator sandals. Also bring lots and lots of sundresses. In general, shorts and sundresses. with some cute tops and bermuda shorts/skirts. Wear sandals or flipflops. you're feet will die of heat in anything else |

Where do you live? Probably much like the same clothes you would wear at home, though that really depends...Where I live, I would STILL wear cooler clothing than I do at home...it never gets above about 75 F here, so, 115 in Sevilla in June was really rough on me! |
