There are no sign-ups. You just show up. But I would recommend you do quite a bit of reading/research before you get there (tips on the run, bull behaviors, what to do if you fall down etc). Also, you should make hotel reservations now if you haven't already.

salachic is correct....just show up....but you better book your room now!!!! people reserve a yr ahead of time & it gets very overcrowded....
