The jellyfish are a huge problem.
Ibizan officials have been conducting a vast program of re-education of their regions jellyfish this year. Poster campaigns and even TV adverts have been produced in order to change the mindset of the once peace-ful loving jellyfish. European human tourists are now in real jeopardy of being pushed into second place in the drinking/dancing/vomiting arena, and there are recent reports that jellyfish have increased their consumption of class A and B drugs too.
How bad is the jellyfish problem in Ibiza? My advice is to avoid them like the plague, especially if you have young and influential children.
