The cheapest and most convienet weay is to take the train which will carry you to Valladolid.
The fare is around 30 Euros.
valladolid is a beautiful city. Then from there you can go to Madrid by train or bus in 12 Euros.
By Madrid you can check there. There are buses. or you can take the train upto irun the last Spansih Railway Station and then from there you can go by bus or Train.

The train is very slow. Cheaper than the plane, but slow.
The plane is probably the best way.
Or you can rent a car and drive.
Madrid-Paris:
Here, the train is a possibility, it's the TGV, but you do have to change trains in the border.
The plane is still the best way, I guess...

For both try low cost but excellent carrier Easyjet.com - They also have direct flights from Lisbonne to Paris. If you book tickets are really cheap.
