Tell the post office what's happened. Ask them to investigate. Tampering with the Royal Mail is an offence because it belongs to the Queen til it's delivered. They might suggest you send a package by recorded delivery. I know it's a stupid question, but do you have the correct address?

When I went to school there it took 5 months for a package to get to me. Register everything but expect any delivary to take a long time. If you are using her home address, concider sending it to her school or work if she has one. Families in Spain are paid to host students so many of them are sketchy.

there would normally be a copy in your sent items box. if there's not, re-configure to save sent messages there and send a test message. Otherwise, get your daughter to Email you to make sure you have the right addy
