You can only do it by taking your laptop to the UK and downloading it there. You then can use it in Spain, but you will have to renew it every few weeks as it only lasts a short while.
I live in Spain but I can't be bothered taking my laptop back to the UK, though my neighbour does. I don't have any UK TV, I just have Spanish TV out of choice.

you can find places that can offer a UK ip address, quite expensive if you will use it but you can get all the British internet television too
