Marry the girl, then get all your documents in order, come to spain she can sponsor you. Its really easy. You go to the building near AV. America. It takes about 2 months assuming you have all your documents in order.
If you have a criminal past they will find it, they do background checks now.
Its really easy. That will allow you to work, and live here, but you will not be a citizen, just a resident. "Extranjero" |

If you marry a Spanish man or woman you will become a resident and eventually be able to obtain citizenship. Spain is not some backwater country where people get married left and right simply for citizenship. If you meet a nice man or woman, fall in love, get married the best of luck to you. If you want a freebe passport the spend about $50,000 and pay some person for the privelidge and hope the government doesn't find out. |
