Losing weight should help some, and try doing pectoral exercises...It may sound silly, but tightening up the main muscles that hold up your breasts makes them "stay in place" better, and this makes them a bit smaller.
If worse comes to worst...don't look down on plastic surgery, a friends daughter had a complex because of her large breast size...She had surgery to reduce them, and it changed her whole outlook on life! (Also helping her back, she was starting to have back pain because of the excess weight pulling her forward!) |
