How do I obtain a tourist visa to go to Spain?
I live in California, United States. However I hold a Taiwan passport, therefore I believe I do need a visa. I am traveling to Spain only, not to any other European countries.
There's probably a Spanish Embassy in LA, just type 'Spanish embassy los angeles' into google for the phone number, then call them and ask if you need one. You might need to vist them in person if you do need a visa.

I believe you do not need a visa, and only your passport. You may want to contact your national embassy about it for sure, but I think if you had a reasonably new passport, then you will be able to stay in Spain for up to 3 months before having to leave.

Apply for one at the Spanish Consulate or Embassy near you.
