The first guy above is using the Latin American pronunciation, the second guy is using the more traditional Castilian pronunciation (the European Spanish they teach in US schools). Both work.

You pronounce the 'te' part like how Eddie Murphy's character of Buckwheat pronounced the 'k' part of "OK"
You pronounce the quiero part in stages - the first stage you pronounce like the slang term for a kilogram of drugs 'ki' - the next part pronounce exactly like you pronounce the word 'hair' but changing the 'h' to a 'y' - the last part is easy: it's just "Oh", like "oh bother - I sure messed up my chances with Cindy after she saw that my body is disgusting - ****"
