The Spanish have adopted the word 'Sexy' and use it in phrases such as:
Eres sexy/ muy sexy - You're sexy / very sexy
If you don't know the girl that well it would be better to use:
Eres muy guapa - You are very beautiful
The Spanish also use :
Eres muy sensual , simpático/a (kind)
Estás muy bueno/a
