Should take you about 1 hr 15 minutes, depending on conditions and speed of vehicle.

it should take you about an hour. i live in between both torremolinos and gibraltar in Sabinillas.

its not far and it only takes about an hour with no stops on the way! go and see the monkeys in the mountains they are great and smokes are only 80p for 20 regal!

It takes about 1hr -10 mins to 1hr - 30mins depending on the traffic. If you drive into Gib it can take you longer than that to queue up at the border. Some days it's best to park up, walk over the border and get a taxi.
The road is a good road if you take the A7 & AP7 (toll road). Why not take the motorway there and on the way back take the coastal route.
