I am traveling alone to Barcelona for 4 days.Is it safe to stay in hostel?

I am going to barcelona for 4 days by myself. I am planning to stay at hostel in Barcelona. Is it safe to stay in hostel in Barcelona ? Any recommendation where I can stay?

If you're not coming by car, it'll probably take up to a couple of hours. The trains and buses from the airport to the city centre take between 30 and 45 minutes, then you'd have to take the Metro from either Sants EstaciÃ³ (2 stops) or PlaÃ§a Catalunya (8 stops, I think), which should take a half hour at the most. And don't forget to add in time that you'll spend waiting for both the train/bus and the Metro to arrive.

PS- It's called "Camp Nou", even though sportscasters often call it "the nou camp".

Actually it is 11 kms. from the airport to the Camp Nou.
It's about a fifteen to twenty minute drive... depending on the traffic. (ex. what time of day...early morning and late evening there are rush hour backups).
