Does depend on the traffic but less than half an hour. The airport is out of town on one side and the sea port is just on the other side. Main road runs around the bay and can get very busy depending on time of day. Taxi is just about the only way unless you're with a tour operator who puts a transfer bus on for you.

Not long at all. You can get a bus from the airport that will take you straight there.
If you have cases and dont want to lug them on to a bus you will be able to get a cab for 5 euros!!
