Depends if you go to the north of the Costa Brava or the South, and the traffic (rush hour).
Assuming you mean Prat airport, not Girona or Reus, budget 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Girona half hour to an hour; Reus could be 3 hours.

It only takes about an hour via car. It's a pretty easy drive.

Depends where you are going on the costa brava. From one to two hours I think. Theres dangerous motorway along coast.
