As long as they are tax paid in the country of origin within the E.U. ie Majorca you can bring as many as you like to any other E.U.country.
This applies to every where apart from the U.K.where a limit of 3200 per person per year is imposed.

its not a question from where you are coming from, but to where you are going. Importation laws vary, but if you are trying to bring cigs back to the U.S. you can "legally" bring back 400 cigarettes (2 cartons) per person. I usually bring back more from my travels. Put some in your checked luggage (2 cartons or so)and carry more onto the plane (another 2 cartons). In addition, buy more at duty-free shop (2 more). When you travel you can theoretically bring back 6 cartons or more without any worries. They have bigger fish to fry.

To an EC Country you can bring as many as you like as long as they are for personal use. You are old enough to smoke aren't you ?
For other countries the limit varies but 200 is the usual limit. The airline your flying with will know.

the law says 3200 but i bring back as much as my weight allowance permits.as long as they are not for profit there is no legal reason that you can not bring as much as you want back ok.i bring back about 26 thousand each time i go,which is 4 or 5 times a year.so go for it ok
