You can fly to Badajoz from London Heathrow with Iberia but you will have to make a connecting flight in Madrid. That flight will be very expensive. The best way to get there is to either fly to Sevilla or to Lisbon in Portugal. Whichever of those two airports you fly to there is a good road to Badajoz.
