Hello-
It really depends upon the method, but my favorite is using the USPS global priority mail. It arrives quickly, and I haven't ever had a problem with it. (and I'm an American living in Spain that constantly has things sent over.) You can stick the small box within a global priority flat rate envelope. I'm guessing that the glasses wouldn't fit in the small envelope, but would fit without any problems in a large envelope (9.5inX12.5in) that send to Spain for $11 regardless of weight.
If you want them insured, you can use express mail international flat rate envelope that sends for 25$ and allows for insurance to be added.
You can check the USPS.com site, specifically : http://pe.usps.com/text/Imm/ps_033.htm#ep3343569
USPS packages are sometimes stopped by Spanish customs, but I've never had a global priority envelope stopped. It's usually the larger packages or the insured ones.
If they get stopped, be prepared to pay taxes on both the cost of the contents of your package plus the shipping cost.
Definitely stay away from UPS international (I loved UPS within the US)- not only will they charge you a huge price to send something over (probably more than what the glasses cost once they add all of their hidden fees including their own customs), but they take awhile because they always have their packages take a stop in their pricey customs. I work with American students that come here, and those whose families have sent them packages by UPS have always been very upset because they always have to pay high fees to retrieve their packages from the UPS customs. I only made that mistake once and now refuse to buy from anyone who insists on sending UPS.
Hope to have helped. |

Don´t be stupid. If a person forgot the sunglasses, this person can buy new ones at every corner, also the brand names, and most probably cheaper than in the US. |

Use UPS for about $20. You'll want them packed well protected. I suspect they are prescription or you would just buy new ones or wait until someone you know is making the trip. |

You can go to the US Postal Service website and they should have how much it costs to send thing internationally. By the ounce. And figure a pair of sunglasses only weighs a couple of ounces. |
