How much will me and my girlfriend need to buy a place in La Manga, Spain? |
Well my got some family over there, her Aunt is an Estate Agent over there and can hook us up with a killer place as my friend says and her other family member own some bars and cafés and can hook us up with jobs but i know to get the place her Aunt will hardly give it us for free so how much would it cost roughly to get a place in La Manga?

Just a the cheapest place we can afford at first, as long as it has 2 bedrooms with one that can fit a double bed in, i'm fine. |

La Manga is one of the most expensive resorts in Murcia and Club La Manga has an uncertain future at the moment. My advice is to rent first and do some thorough research when you get to Spain. There is no hurry to purchase, there are hundreds of properties on the market and they are going nowhere fast and prices are continuing to drop. |

What an open ended question. How long is a piece of string? You need to research yourself as we don't know what kind of place you need! There are dozens of sites on the net that will give you a guide. |

It's good time to buy with the collapse of the Spanish property market property prices have dropped like a lead balloon.
Haggle and you should be able to get property at 2001 or earlier prices. Yes I said 2001, prices have dropped that much, many, especially UK expats are desperate to sell because of the negative equity situation at home and in Spain. |
