How to get from malaga to tarifa? |
hola, I'm going to be in spain this jan with a group of windsurfers and we're looking at flying to malaga then getting a bus (or buses) to tarifa, how long will it take? how much should it be? and are there better alternatives like renting a bus for a large group (aorund 25 people) gracias! |

Get bus from malaga to tarifa, there's 3 a day, 3 hrs 30. website is

currently at 07.30, 12.00 and 15.30
guess it will be 10-15 euros each, so might be cheaper to rent bus if there's lots of you. Also, then you can go further down atlantic coast from there if you have transport. Enjoy!! It's lovely in winter! |

It takes from 2 1/2 to 3 hours, depending on the weather, traffic and your vehicle.
If as you say, you are a group, it would be worth your while to rent a mini-bus. Most important car rental companies have them.
There is a public bus line (Malaga-Algeciras-Cadiz) (www.tgcomes.es.)
Or try the Estacion de Autobuses de Malaga.
You could aslo fly to Gibraltar (if you are in the UK). From there you could almost go to Tarifa by taxi! (It's about 35 kms.) |

There is a bus form Malaga to Tarifa but since it is so many of you, I think you'd better rent a bus. Try any rent-a-car company like Avis, Europcar,Pepecar, etc |
