My first suggestion is not to run!! Or if you are going to run, form a team, go to bed early, get up early, and do not drink!! Otherwise you could get seriously hurt.
Otherwise, if you just want to enjoy and party, then dinner is at 10pm, fireworks at 11, parties everywhere and around 7 a.m. find the spot you want to watch the run. One day go to the start of the run, another day go to the bull ring for the end of the run, another day find a spot along the middle...
After the run is over, go have some "chocolate con churros" for breakfast, go to sleep, wake around 1 or 2 for lunch, sleep the siesta until 9ish, shower, dinner and go again!!
