Cala Mitjana, Cala Galdana and Cavalleria are the best beaches. The first 2 are in the south and the third is in the north. Southern beaches have greener water with soft white sand, and the above one has red rocks, and orange sand with blue water. You will have a great time!! But steer clear of the public beaches...they are the worse (Cala Blanes is probably the better of all of them and you can easily take a bus there. The water is crazy!)

The first answer is right, is a place very quiet, too quiet, ederly, kids families. I have found a website where you can find the telephone number, website and email of this hotels.

I dont know of any must see places but my elderly parents were there last year and said it was lovely for pensioners but I wouldn't like it as its too quiet.
