Don't know about nude, but you should find lots of other women in thongs and topless.

haven't been to Marbella, but topless is normal in Spain and if you want nude you just have to walk a little way away from the main beach.

Yes sure, at all beaches you can be topless.
If you want a nude beach, just don´t be shy and ask in the hotel or in the local turist office. You don´t have to be ashamed of it. Tey won´t give you dirty looks.

I wouldn't bet that all beaches in Spain are topless, but I don't think it would be hard to find them. I think the Costa del Sol area (where it sounds like you're headed) would have a lot of them.
Not sure about totally nude beaches - I'd try a google on something like "nude beaches in Spain".
