No, If you live in the US you will not need any vaccinations in order to travel to Spain. Check out travel.state.gov for any other updates or things you should be aware of before travel. |

Spain is a modern European country just like France or Germany and has the 8th LARGEST ECONOMY IN THE WORLD. Make sure you don't bring any diseases over from the US as your health care system leaves a lot to be desired.
