No quarantine laws but they must have the relevant up to date vaccinations such as rabies, parvo virus etc. I flew my dog in last year with GB airways (British Airways) as the dog can go in the hold and you pay only excess luggage. The website asked for a certificate signed by a vet to say the dog is fit to fly and not be more than 24 hours old. The reality however was that this wasn't asked for and the airline didn't look at the pet passport either.

There NEVER has been quarantine laws in Spain, I brought my first dog here in 1982, no problems, just flew him out from Gatwick, had all his papers in order, then just picked him up from the cargo area after I got my luggage....................I came to Malaga.
You must make sure you have their doggy passports up to date with vaccinations etc., they are very strict on the rabies laws here, other than that you should have no problems.

I brought my dog to Spain no quarantine regulations here. I suggest you go on the web for all the details because there are certain papers you need.

If you're from the US you should read this Spanish government page before making any arrangements: http://www.mapausa.org/Viaje/Animal/Nocomercial/dcf.htm
