The closest area is Villa Olimpica and it's pretty good, if not El Born (this one will be much more expensive). Apartments for rent are expensive in Barcelona, medium prices may go up to 700 € per month depending on the area.

The cheapest area is barceloneta that is where the hosp[ital is located , but you have el Born just 10 minutes walk and it's a great area to live or the Barri Gotic 15 minutes walking to the Hospital, if you like new apartments La Vila Olimpica
