There's so much more in Seville! I would lean heavily on Seville. If you only have four days...spend one doing the Alhambra, then move to Seville. |

I've been to both and I must say I enjoyed Seville more, maybe for the nightlife with the bars and tapas.
I think Granada was slightly cheaper I also found it a bit rougher but still enjoyed it.
I suppose it all depends what your looking for. I think I would go for 2 days in each, enjoy it anyway.

I'd say equally. Seville is bigger than Granada and has more sightseeing, but you'll spend a lot of time only on the La Alhambra in Granada, so, maybe you need at least 2 days. But Seville is very big and it would need at least 3 or 4 days to enjoy it, but If you have only 4, I think 2 and 2 would be the best choice.

I would spend them equally on both. They are both great cities. Don't miss La Alhambra in Granada. I think you can buy tickets in advance through internet, otherwise it will be very difficult for you to get them because the entrance is very limited.

while both are amazing, there are more touristy things to see in seville. granada i would do the alhambra during the day, city at night |

Equally! I'd recommend Hotel Fernando III for Seville and Hotel Carmen for Granada. In Seville you should do sightseeing on bike with one of their cool bikes you can rent on the street. (You'll definitely know what I'm talking about when you get there) and see the cathedral. In Granada you should see the Alhambra and do some shopping (if you stay at Hotel Carmen like I suggest you can literally cross the street and walk right into El Corte Ingles!) Have fun! |
