ive searched the caixa website a hundred time before now, looking for email addresses, and all i can find is this;

its a email they send from their web page to their office. you have to fill it in though and its in spanish,
if you write ur name, details and then your problem queery in the box,
if you need any help let me know, as i am fluent in spanish,
