Seville is the city with all the things that made Spain famous all over the world: flamenco, the sevillanas, friendly people, sun, stunning gastronomy and traditions. Is very beautiful, mix of islamic and christian architecture.
Barcelona is the 2nd largest city in Spain, and has a beautiful gothic old town and vanguardist buildings. The catalonian modernism is simply stunning. In addition, It also has beach!!!
Madrid, because is the capital city, also large (larger than Barcelona), with typical castillian enchant, a beautiful old town, modern skyscrapers, beautiful parks, palaces and one of the best museums of the world (the Prado museum). Also a lively nightlife. |

I would personally say Seville / Sevilla - it is a gorgeous city, also Barcelona is fab! |
