The truth is, if you look old enough, they won't ask for any documentation. A lot of people enter and they can't ask everyone, so they just ask the ones they have doubts about their age.

I don't think that's a really common thing! The women in Spain generally don't work out all that much...just diet down to nothing.
And, what? You want to break the law? I believe there are bars/clubs that allow younger people in, but won't serve liquor. Don't go breaking the law.
