How quickly do you need to lose it?
If you have quite a while (like a couple of months) then just eat healthy and exercise.
If it's soon (like a couple of weeks) then try a crash diet. Not the most healthy thing ever, but they sure as hell work. |

What has THAT got to do with Spain????
Try doing crunches. And maybe don't eat so much for a few days, or substitute the foods you know you shouldn't eat, for healthier foods.
(I know...soooooooo easy to say! Not so easy to do!) |
