Im having second thoughts, Should i go? |
So. My spanish teacher wants to send me to spain for the summer. She said im a fast learner and a joy to teach. whatever. At first i was all over it but now im having a hard time deciding whether to go or not.
If i go i would have to help the people at the college there learn english. and in return it would help me learn more spanish.
I know it would be a wonderful experience, and its a great opportunity.. but if i did decide to go, im only sixteen and i dont know if it would be a good idea to travel somewhere im not familiar with and i would be spending my birthday there alone. :( ha and i dont know if i could be away from my mom or my friends for that long.
So what should i do?? |

She is young, blonde, and she says all the time it was her most favorite memory of her life, other than having beautiful twins.
She said there were tons of parties, and just over all fun!

Go! Honestly, you must. I went to Spain when I was only 13 for 16 days and it was the MOST fun i had in a LONG time. I know that you will regret not going, and you wouldnt want that. |

How do you think you will LEARN to survive someplace unfamiliar, if you don't do it NOW, when you will, surely, be in a protected environment, and have people looking after you! You will be on some sort of exchange program, right? There will be people there to advise you, right?

I went to England to learn english for a month when I was 13 and again with 15. Ok, if you're american you are too much far away than I was, but if you're from the UK then go. There are cheap flights, so your family could visit. And if you are american, go. How many opportunities would you have to cross the ocean? |
