Yes. Expect July/August temperatures to be about the 100F mark
England about 80F mark.
Before anyone gives me a thumbs down we still use Farenheit in the UK.

Yes, but Bilbao, as everywhere in North Spain, has a changeable weather as well, Summers included, so it's better to be ready for that. Furthermore, it is less warmer than Mediterranean/South Atlantic Spain.
It is warm during the day, but could be notably fresher in the night. |

This must be stupid question day... DON'T YOU KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT GEOGRAPHY? Bilbao is about 400 MILES FURTHER SOUTH than England... does that mean ANYTHING to you? |
