Is Ibiza a good place to spend new year?

What clubs and bars are open that time of year?
What's the climate like?
Is accommodation for a large group easy to find?

Yes the New Year is absolutely brilliant here. I live in Ibiza and the new year really is mega fun. DC10's open on new years day and its better than the summer cos the crowd's mostly local and its a really good vibe.
most people go to parties or bars or pacha hotel or pacha on the eve and then go straight on to new years day at dc10.

The other post that was put about the winter here is generally true, its pretty quiet here! but for new years eve it's like the summer again.
There's no direct flights into the island at that time of year, u'll have to go through barca or madrid, book early and the prices are quite cheap, try www.skyscanner.net and do a search from (uk) to barca then barca to ibiza and u can work out the best flights.
It is cold in the winter here, but when the suns out it's always quite hot. so don't bring bikinis etc.
check out www.ibiza-summer.com for summer accomodation, and email to see what's available in the winter.

Maybe see u then!!!

yes, it wont be hot but the party should be very good. Accommodation should be easy to find at good price because it's out of season

quinn and riley's mum
NO. i used to date an Ibithan man, and he goes to the main land after October because the island closes and doesnt open till early march time.

it will be nearly impossible to find flights there then, and hotels? probably not.only a few islanders stay because with it being such a small island the weather can be REALLY bad.most of them have homes on the bigger islands nearby, or on the spanish main land.which is where you would have to fly too and then get a ferry to the island.
BUT IN THE SUMMER IT ROCKS

SORRY YOU ARE BETTER GOING TO MAJORCA OR TO SPAIN ITSELF.

HOPE THIS HELPS
