Spain and UK.
Gibraltar is part of UK.

Yes. The Iberian Peninsula comprises of Portugal and Spain, but only Spain borders on the Mediterranean. Portugal borders on the Atlantic Ocean.

greendaychicka87
yes, portugal and spain are both on the iberian peninsula but spain is the only one that borders the mediterranean sea

abuela Nany
The Iberian Peninsula consists of:
Portugal on the Atlantic coast
Gibraltar (which is legally part of the United Kingdom),
on the joining point where the Mediterranean meets the Atlantic (known as the Straits of Gibraltar)
and
Spain on the Mediterranean coast.

Spain has ports on the Atlantic coast also, in Andalucía, in the provinces of Huelva & Cádiz, and in Galicia in the provinces of A Coruña and Pontevedra (northwestern corner of Spain). but Portugal only has ports on the Atlantic, it does not touch the Mediterranean
