Just stayed there and you can walk from Cap Salou into La Pindea in about 10 mins.
Salou is less then 10mins in a taxi, although I know of a few who walked it in 30 mins.
Weather very hot in August. See this lot

If you have planned a holiday to Salou in spain you will find the temperature around the 90s but it is a dry heat so not so uncomfortableThere are places to eat and drink // /It is a little quiet ....The Taxis are fairly cheap so not too difficult to get about and im sure your travel rep. will give you lots of information of where to go and what to do There is plenty of sand.....sun.....sea......s.....and that other thing

i went there in april and it only rained once-im sure it will be scorching in august-its a quaint although tiny place with a lovely cove-we spent most of our time going to salou by taxi which was cheap-the main gripe for us is there wasnt one working cash machine in cap salou -happy holidays

lucky you, i would think that anywhere in spain at this time of year would be lovely and sunny

fiona_webby
i was there in august two years ago and it rained the whole time also its not really near anything which means you need to get a taxi if you want to go anywhere

ak222002
i was in salou last year and it was hot every day for 2 weeks apart from one single day

To days temperature 08 08 07 is 28c , and the rest of August will be similar, but you do get summer stormes at times!

Sunny yes, lovely no.I'm one of those boring farts who's been everywhere and this place bored me rigid.Friend just returned ,despite warnings, and he agrees.Don't waste your money.Well you did ask.La Pinaeda's were we stayed ,hope you're not near the disco. The constant noise from mopeds till 5 in the morning drove us bananas!
