Do you mean from Malaga to Seville, or flying into one of them?? Flying into one of them is always ok when coming from a place far away.
When going from Malaga to Seville, well, just take bus or train. First of all you will see some of the country side, and second, it'll take the same time when you consider the waiting time and check in time at the airport.

Whatever the precise question was, it is easy :) Spain is easy. The country is built to avoid everything un-easy.

I don't understand exactly. If you mean from Málaga to Sevilla, I think there are no direct flights.. it's too close (about 170 km.). If this is what you mean, then I would recommend you the train www.renfe.es
If you mean from any other destination abroad, to Málaga or Sevilla, I think you will necessary have to make at least one stop over in Madrid..
