I'm doing a project for Spanish Class. I need to know some things you would eat in Spain...not necessarily tacos or burritos right? What would you eat for an appetizer, dessert, drink, meat, ...
Ive been to Fueteventura a couple of times..but never Lanzarote...is it similar...???? Additional Details Its a girls only holiday...will we enjoy it there????...
Yes but it has gone a bit more expensive because of the euro.

For a beach holiday and just basically chilling it is fantastic. But if you want to do a little bit more then you should try Tenerife. Its in the vinicity of spain, but in the Canary Islands. Its great for relaxing but also got things to do for example, Mount Teide (Spains largest active volcanoe) - you can make a day trip out of it and go up a cable car, there is also a Seaworld, where you can watch shows, and waterparks and themeparks and shopping. Therefore i would suggest Tenerife for a bit more activity and relaxing but for just relaxation it would be the coast of spain. Hope this helps!

Your question is a little too wide for me to answer usefully - what do you want to see and do? What's your ideal holiday?
Spain is a brilliant place, and it is not just beer, bars and beaches - its stunning place.
See here for a range of the 1000's of things to do in Spain.

It depends what you want from your holiday. Spain is a very historic, beautiful country, but then again has some of the best nightlife you'll find anywhere. The costas, however, are full of Brits!!
