Yes, it certainly is & until 2006 was the the tallest skyscraper in Spain. The building is 186 metres high but including the mast, 210 metres.

I agree with the winky guy above excpet I thought that is was more then the highest building in Spain, I believe it was the tallest building in Europe. Well even if it wasn't it's pretty tall anyway.

Its 186 meters makes it the second tallest hotel in Europe after Hotel Ukraine in Moscow (198m).
It's the tallest in-use building in Spain. Four taller buildings are on construction in Madrid (around 240m each)
