Is there an overnight train from Barcelona to Granada.?
Thanks for all the advice to the last Question. Re: Travelling from Barcelona to Granada. If there was an overnight train or a late night I might take that, It might save the price of a night in a hotel too.
Does any one know if there is a latenite or over night train to Granada or back? Thanks.
Yes. It's called the TRENHOTEL. You can find information about it at http://www.RENFE.es - English language version available. It leaves daily from BCN at 9:30pm, arrives in Granada City at 8:40am, and costs 57.40 one-way for just the seat on the train. You'll find bed-prices on the website.
Yes. I took this train and wished I'd have flown instead. Often you can find a flight that's cheaper or the same price as the train ticket (I'm assuming you want round trip). Check out RENFE's website, but also pop into a travel agent or two.
