I lived in Spain, I was there not too long ago. Doesn't ring any bells with me. Can't imagine why there WOULD be, since Spain and the Pacific have nothing to do with one another....That would be like finding an American bank called "Bank of Europe".
I did look it up, and there IS such a bank, but it is not based in Spain. There is one in Ecuador. I didn't look much further.
This looks like the closest link to what you have...if you received something from this bank though, that seems suspicious, your best bet is to ignore it or turn it in to the proper authorities for spam/scams...FBI in the US. They have a website that is quick and easy to report such spams.
