Looking for Protein Supplements in Spain? |
hey so I'm spending my time in Seville, Spain for a little while and want to work out. But I am looking for protein supplements and no idea where to start looking. Does anyone have any ideas of which stores might carry them?

I found some articles saying that there has been a bunch of recent research into nutritional supplements, but nothing telling where to get such a thing...no GNC stores there, I'm afraid. I lived in Seville some thirty years ago, and it was difficult, but I had friends who found supplements. There were stores. I can't help you much, because even then, I didn't buy any such things, but I'm sure if you get to the University, and ask one of the American students...there are a number of Institutos, where you could find some Americans, they will be able to point you in the right directions.
