Hi, get the free magazine 'Barcelona Metropolitan' (it's always available in language schools or Cafe de l'Opera on La Rambla), it's a magazine for the English speaking community in Barcelona and has a jobs section.
Also, try Avis (the car hire company) they are always recruiting especially for the summer. |

Are you older than 18 years old? Do you have any special skills, education, work experience? Do you have European residency? If so, you'll still have to file some forms to be able to work in Spain.
I'm pretty sure no *companies* will hire you if you don't speak Catalán (regional language) or Spanish. And even fewer would give you a work permit if you didn't speak it. Afterall, all your potential coworkers will be speaking in Catalán and/or Spanish.
You may do better, however, working long hours for very very little pay as a dishwasher, beach-massage-giver, or a house cleaner. That is if you are willing to accept a wage that is lower than an illegal alien doing these same jobs - and they likely speak Spanish.
It'll be tough for you but it is possible if you have some connections with people there already. They might be able to "plug you in" doing some kind of labor even if you don't speak Spanish. Best of luck!
