As you didn't mention qualifications I assume you're not looking for one that needs them.
Malaga is a tourist stepping-off point and the airport is often swamped by people picking up their hired cars. There are loads of hire-car companies that need English speaking people to man their counters and serve the mostly English-speaking customers. You shouldn't have any problems if you have people-skills. |
